As per the ACCC recommendations, I do not accept returns due to a change in mind. If I send the wrong product or your product is faulty please contact me directly and I will make arrangements to replace the artwork. I also do not accept exchanges if you have not taken note of the scale and measurements to see if this will be suitable for your needs.
Please choose carefully as I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging or being affected by environmental factors including humidity, mold, light.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Artworks are dispatched within 2 business days of your order being received unless advised otherwise.
We use Startrack Express for all orders over $200 value and Australia post / Express post for all orders under $200 AUD value.
Shipping internationally is via Australia post.
All orders are trackable and traceable.
